- A standard shipping fee of 3,000 KRW applies to all orders. Free shipping is available for purchases over 200,000 KRW. Additional delivery fees may incur in Jeju Island, islands/mountains. All products in UMBER POSTPAST are carefully handcrafted on the premises. Differences occurring during the making process are not defects, and for this reason, they cannot be requested for exchange or return. Also, neps on silk fabric are natural phenomenon, not a defect on the fabric. Therefore, this could not be accepted as a reason for exchange or return.

Exchange or returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels attached to each product. Please be aware that round-trip shipping costs are charged for exchange or return.
